Strategy
&
Implementation
End-to-end support in developing and embedding a performance recovery strategy — from initial framework through to practical rollout across teams, age groups or departments, ensuring consistency and long-term adoption.
Recovery Space and Facility Design

Performance Recovery Delivery
Hands-on delivery of recovery protocols and monitoring within elite sporting environments, working alongside medical and performance staff to support immediate performance availability and long-term athlete resilience.
Research, Development and Innovation
Evaluation and development of emerging recovery modalities, protocols and technology integration and interpretation to support organisations and MDT's that want to stay at the forefront of evidence-based performance recovery practice.
